1. The service

PTCG Companion is a free match counter, a set of calculators and a collection of guides for Pokémon Trading Card Game players. We may change, add or remove features, or close the site, at any time.

2. Unofficial fan site

PTCG Companion is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK or The Pokémon Company. Pokémon and Pokémon character names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Our guides are our own explanations, not official rulings. At tournaments, the official rules and the judges’ decisions always take precedence.

3. Your match data

Matches and settings are saved only in your browser’s localStorage. They can be lost if you clear your browser data, use private browsing or change devices, and we cannot recover them. Keep your own record of anything important.

4. Acceptable use

Use the site for lawful, personal purposes. Do not try to disrupt or overload it, and do not copy large parts of its content to republish as your own. You are welcome to share links to any page.

5. Our content

Unless stated otherwise, the site’s text, design and original artwork belong to PTCG Companion.

6. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep the counter, calculators and guides accurate, but we do not guarantee that they are error-free or always available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PTCG Companion is not liable for any loss arising from using, or being unable to use, the site, including lost match data, game results or tournament outcomes.

8. Ads and other websites

The site shows ads served by Google AdSense and links to other websites, such as donation platforms. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Our Privacy Policy explains how analytics and ads use data.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms. The date at the bottom of this page shows the latest version.
